Action Required: Directions to RSVP for the Mock Meet
Good evening parents,
Our meets
are quickly approaching, and it is time for everyone to check their calendars
and RSVP for the swim meets.
Mock Meet - Monday, May 24- RSVP NOW
The Mock Meet is this Monday, May 24th. You must RSVP on the web site in order for your child to swim in
the meet! Please RSVP no later than this Thursday, May 20th. Directions
on how to RSVP are attached to this email and they are also on the website home
screen on the upper righthand side.
A few
details about the meet so you can update your calendar and plan accordingly:
- 3:00pm- Set up Volunteers arrive
- Check-in for the mock meet begins at 4:15 pm. This will be near
the pavilion right behind the pool. - Warm-ups begin at 4:45 pm.
- Meet starts at 5:30 pm.
- We will *not* run a concession stand, but we will have a couple food
trucks on site selling their delicious food. Other than that option, please
bring your own drinks, snacks, and dinner as needed for your family. - We will have tent city. Plan to bring a pop-up tent and chairs to
set up in the grass field behind the pool. This is where you will hang out until
it is time for your swimmer to swim their race. - NO TENTS OR CHAIRS ARE ALLOWED ON THE POOL DECK. POOL DECK WILL BE
FOR VIEWING RACES ONLY!!
First Full Home Meet - Durbin Crossing - Saturday, June 5th

While you
are RSVPing for the Mock Meet, take an extra minute and RSVP for the June 5th
meet, as the deadline for that meet is May 28th.
Volunteer Jobs
We have
had several parents ask about seeing everything they volunteered for during the
season. It's easy to see this! Make sure you are logged into the web site
first. In the upper right-hand corner where it says Welcome, click on the
drop-down menu and select "My Account." There you will see your
family members as well as your job sign-ups. If you need to make any changes to
your jobs, you can do that by going to the calendar item and changing it on the
meet itself.
