Junior Coach Program
The Dolphins Junior Coach program is an excellent opportunity for high school students to share their love for swimming with our younger swimmers! Through working on deck during practices and at meets, our junior coaches develop valuable leadership, communication & teamwork skills.
Over the last few years, the program has grown in popularity with more and more high schoolers with swim experience looking to fulfill their volunteer hours through this program. As a result of this, in 2024 we are asking all interested junior coaches to complete an interest form and participate in an in-person interview with the head coach, junior coach liaison and president of the team in order to evaluate and find the best team of junior coaches for the Dolphins.
Interested candidates must have completed their freshmen year of high school, have some level of swim team experience, and be generally available to work during the entire swim season (April 29 - July 15).
Candidates should fill out the form by March 24 (may close early based on interest).
